Anyone in the Charlottesville area would be foolish not to use Window Depot to replace their windows. We had Window Depot replace every window in our home aand also our front foor and storm door. The workmanship was superb. Our crew, Rob and his men, , were meticulous; were very.attentive to us and made sure we understood what needed to be done, and were great to work with. My wife and I cannot think of one thing negative to say about our experience with Window Depot. As for value, we had an estimate from another window company that advertises extensively on C-Ville television and their price quote for just replacing 4 windows was outrageous. We replaced all our windows in our house and the two doors for not much more than thw quote for just 4 windows from this other company. Window dpot: great value; great customer service; and great people.

Window Depot replaced my siding and windows. From the initial sales visit to the final touches, this team exceeded expectations. Mike A, my sales person was stellar! However, the window team is the most memorable. Wes and Rob, the team foremen, did not miss a detail. I interviewed 4 companies and Window Depot was the only company that I actually counted the Windows I needed replaced correctly. Everything was done timely matter, from start to finish. They always kept in touch by email throughout the whole process. until my Windows arrived, then Rob and his associate went to work. They were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure each window was installed correctly. I highly recommend this company, from the time I called to schedule the consult, then the quote, and the time frame they said it would take to customized the windows from the manufacturer up until the time they delivered was exactly as they said it would be. The company at Window Depot and the teams that have provided installation were TopNotch. We replaced all of our sunroom windows with little to no problems. I love our windows! Before and after pictures posted . We now have portraits in each window and enjoy watching the seasons come and go !

Window Depot stands out by its caring attitude, diligent approach, and transparent pricing. We had 12 windows replaced, full frame, in two days. We have been well informed at every step, from measurement, to ordering, to picking installation day. The installers are very experienced, and everything went exactly as planned. Every window fitted, no damage on the exterior or interior of the house. There was a warning that we may have to touch up paint around the interior trim, but the guys were so careful that there was only one tiny spot to touch up. Windows are good quality, we quickly noticed the difference in sense of keeping warm air in and dampening direct sunlight. The inside glass is warmer to touch than on our old windows (we have some left), and that is only double pane, not triple pane, which should be even better. We tried working with two other companies, and did not proceed with one due to pricing and another due to incorrect window ordering. After thorough comparison we turned to Window Depot, and have no regrets.

The estimate/final bid process was lengthier than it should have been, but everything else was A+: the communication throughout the process, the installation crew, and the follow-up. We had two minor issues that needed an additional visit, and they had someone on site within 2 hours of flagging the problems. Impressive!

We just finished up our third window/door project with Window Depot. We are THRILLED with our new front entry doors and sidelights. When you plan a project with Window Depot from the sale to the install everything goes like clockwork. Plus the team is really fun to work with as they all know their products inside and out. Our team lead Rob arrived with the crew; secured the site, checked on our pets, sealed off the area so mess wouldn't enter the rest of the house and executed a flawless install with full clean-up and haul away. It was a complicated removal of a 1960's jerry rigged sidelight treatment and custom carved double entry doors-with age cracks- that leaked heat and cool air depending on seasons. The new entryway is no longer drafty and cold as our doors and sidelights have terrific insulation and a tight seal. They are the finishing touch to our remodel. Previous Window Depot projects included a window wall of sliders and two new custom window installs. This team is THE BEST to work with and everything is guaranteed 100%. Can't recommend highly enough!

We had a great experience in Charlottesville with Windows Depot Richmond VA. They installed 17 windows and one door, all in three days. That included wrapping the external window frames with aluminum facing. Our salesman Mike and installers Gene, Mike, and Ryan were all experienced, masterful, and very customer friendly. These windows really make a difference and the ease of the whole process was, wonderfully, a great gift. Honestly, I don’t know how another business and crew could be better than this one.

Second time using Window Depot…first time we had 23 windows replaced, but didn’t replace three in an unfinished basement area. Regretted not doing them all the first time and would not have considered using any other company based on our previous experience. Window Depot did an amazing job replacing the windows on my 1950s-era home. Everyone I spoke with at the company was professional and helpful. Mike, the sales rep, was very down-to-Earth and quoted a price that was much lower than the other companies I spoke with; DeNika in the office kept me updated about the status of my job; and Rob and AJ, the installers, were timely, efficient, and very careful with the quality of their workmanship and cleanliness of the job when they were finished. When Mike told me that they were scheduling jobs several months out, I was worried— but Window Depot is awesome, and definitely worth waiting for.

We replaced 5 large sliding doors in our home through Window Depot and could not be happier. Mike came out to give us a quote and was thorough, punctual, professional and very helpful given that one of our doors had been changed out to a window previously and we wanted to change it back to a sliding door. Several companies said they wouldn’t be able to do that specific job. Wes and his team came out to install and did just an awesome job. They were clean, professional, did a great install and had the job done quickly. The office team kept us informed of every step along the way. We had only great interactions with everyone from this company and are super happy with the product. We previously installed windows through Lowe’s and wish we hadn’t. While ultimately their subcontractors did a good install and we are happy with the actual windows, every step was a nightmare with wrong orders, poor quality control catching their mistake and poor customer service. I had had a friend who chose Window Depot for her window replacement . She was very pleased with the entire project . Therefore we chose Window Depot after looking at Renewal by anderson, Window World , and , Lowe's Pella Windows . We had 28 windows installed by Window Depot. The quality of the windows is comparable to the Renewal by Anderson Windows but with a lifetime guarantee. My husband was hesitant to get our windows replaced in the summer. He was worried about the Heat in the mess. The workers were respectful, professional, timely organized and constantly we're cleaning up after themselves. When they worked in a room they always had the door closed. The temperatures for the days they were here or close to 100 °. My husband and I were amazed at how clean this project went.
