We just had a dozen windows installed, including one semi-circular challenging one. They did such a great job. Careful with the interior and exterior of the home. Looks great. Perfect caulk and installation. And great product. Could not be happier. On time, communicated well. Only down side was how long it took to get windows manufactured, but that is just how things are today, not the company's fault. And they stayed in touch about progress.

This is an update to my original review. We are coming up on two years since our siding was installed. Everything still looks great and despite living in a high wind area by the mountains we haven’t lost any siding. Crew did a good job and cleaned up site well.

We received several quotes for replacement windows and Window Depot USA came in very competitively and did not attempt to upsell us. Our salesman, Phil, was knowledgeable, friendly and above all, responsive. It took a while for our windows to arrive (understandable with all of the backlogs in every market right now) and then Gene and his crew arrived to install. Took a little less than 2 days to replace 13 windows and it looked like they were never here since they cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again when the remaining 4 windows on our home begin to go. You will be satisfied by the price, quality, and installation of your windows if you go with this company.

Johnny and the rest of the window installation crew were AMAZING. The gentlemen were extremely polite and had the new windows in and finished in no time. I am so grateful for their help and kindness.

Great experience. We had 25 windows replaced and installed a couple picture windows that are out of this world. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves every day, and played good music 🙂

We had a great experience from beginning to end. From the low pressure friendly sales experience to the pros sessional installers, we felt comfortable throughout our journey. When there was an issue the entire team worked to ensure our needs were met and we were satisfied with the resolution. This is the second time we have used Window Depot and I will recommend them to friends and family

They also installed vinyl siding. It took six months to get all the materials needed but once they started the job it was done in a timely fashion and we were very pleased. Very professional, on time and provided the services we needed. Very pleased.

We had the windows in our Florida Room and Breakfast Nook replaced. We replaced the double windows with double sliders and a triple window with a triple slider. The windows look amazing. The crews for installation were wonderful and on time. They clean up after themselves; yes, they vacuum. Their product is great, but their customer service is what sets them apart from everyone else. They stand behind their product and their word. We had an issue due to the way our old windows were constructed and designed. They worked with us and we came to resolution that not only works for us and them, but the final look is incredible. In today's world, it is refreshing to see owners stand behind their name, product, employees, and still provide the customer service we all want. We will definitely be using them again for the rest of our windows and doors.

Window Depot did 15 replacement windows in my home and I've dealt with a lot of contractors in my day and have had mostly sub par experiences. This was NOT the case with Window Depot. From the sales person all the way to the installers, This was a top notch group of people to work with. They made the whole process extremely easy.

After hearing favorable comments from several of our neighbors who used Window Depot for their window replacement, we included them in a list of potential vendors for total replacement of 46 windows and 2 doors in our house. Their salesperson delivered prompt and thorough bids that were price competitive. We chose WD to install Provia Endure windows. WD sent a 3 teams of installers to install our windows. They did an excellent workmanlike job, took pains to clean up after themselves, were very courteous and friendly, and finished the job in 3 1/2 days. The Provia doors were done at a separate time in one day. We couldn't be more pleased with these windows and doors. The house is much quieter, the sun is much less intense through the double UV resistant panes, the window insulation is much better and the view outside is spectacularly clear. Thanks WD for such a good job!

From the moment I called to when Frank came and explained the process, types of windows, and answered questions, through the installation and then the follow up call, I was impressed by their professional manner. I was not expecting the windows to be as sound proof as they have been. No more car doors shutting, drive by noise, garbage truck noise, even birds chirping outside our windows have subsided. It is nice and quiet! Slight tint makes it nice and I can open and clean them soo easily! Best money I have spent ever (besides my wedding)!!! They also sponsor Dog Rescue! Window Depot removed all (21) of our windows and installed new custom windows in our home, and trimmed it all out with vinyl and sealant they did an excellent job very professional. Quick, on time, great prices, excellent follow through. This will be my go-to window company.

I had all my windows replaced almost 2 weeks ago. The workers were punctual, personable and had great communication among themselves. Since the installation my thermostat has stayed at a steady 67 degrees no matter what the temperature outside is. The window screens are blessing, the cats love them. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Window Depot.

They make sure all of my questions were answered. During the installation, the installers were there in a timely manner and also made themselves available to answer any questions that I had. Wow what can I not say about this company they were on time did everything they said they were going to do and delivered a great product. I can already tell the difference inside the house and I’m waiting for my first power bill to see what the difference is. They replaced all the windows in our house in one day they were all over the house in one quick and unobtrusive time. Highly recommended

We are extremely pleased with our windows. From initial consultation, installation and follow up the team does a great job. They look fantastic and we also had a garden window put in which was a great addition to our kitchen area. We had three quotes and picked Window Depot because they employ their own staff and do not contract the work out which is something we preferred if we happen to have any issues in the future. Another factor was the prompt responses that we received with any questions or concerns that we had regarding the product and installation. Look no further you have found the right company. Highly recommended!

The installation team was a well oiled machine. They came, did their thing, cleaned up and were on their way in less than two days.If you need new windows, I would highly recommend.

I met with 8 different contractors for Siding and Windows and Window Depot, Michael Hanley did an EXCELLENT JOB!.Michael and Robert at WD kept me informed the entire time and were there any time I had a question.Carlos and his son, Darwin, did all of the siding work. 10 days and they were great to work with!It only took Kevin and his team half a day to install 23 windows and 2.5 days to wrap all of the windows from the outside.Absolutely satisfied with the project and would HIGHLY recommend WD to anyone in the area!

This is a late review. Mike Amdusky actually came to home months ago to review the replacement of a 3rd floor window. As a representative of Window Depot, he was simply outstanding. He taught me how to find the window myself online, how to judge the installation quality from my (sorta) new home contractor, and also the quality of the installed windows. He could have made a few hundred bucks on me by replacing a window that, it turns out, I was able to handle replacing myself. Mike told me everything I needed to do to match the same window perfectly.Mike Amdusky's honesty, integrity, professionalism, experience, and lack of greed were most impressive. If I ever need window work done in the future, whether it's 5 or 10 years, I'll call Window Depot right away.

It was a difficult replacement and Window Depot was fantastic to work with throughout the project. The end result is very nice.
