They cleaned up and removed all old material. Address all minor issues before they left and explained how everything worked. And the best part the dogs loved all the workers and the workers love the dogs. I would use this company again and will definitely refer them to others that need windows or doors.

Window Depot of Charlottesville exceeded expectations on all fronts, from sales and coordination over appointments to installation. They took on a project that two other companies refused because of the aluminum siding on the outside of the house. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the windows and installation. Window Depot of Charlottesville exceeded expectations on all fronts, from sales and coordination over appointments to installation. They took on a project that two other companies refused because of the aluminum siding on the outside of the house. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the windows and installation. They arrived when they said they would and even stayed later to get more work than expected completed when there was a ton of mold and rotted boards under the siding below the window we were replacing. Our team lead Rob arrived with the crew; secured the site, checked on our pets, sealed off the area so mess wouldn't enter the rest of the house and executed a flawless install with full clean-up and haul away. It was a complicated removal of a 1960's jerry rigged sidelight treatment and custom carved double entry doors-with age cracks- that leaked heat and cool air depending on seasons. The new entryway is no longer drafty and cold as our doors and sidelights have terrific insulation and a tight seal. They are the finishing touch to our remodel. Previous Window Depot projects included a window wall of sliders and two new custom window installs. This team is THE BEST to work with and everything is guaranteed 100%. Can't recommend highly enough!

These windows really make a difference and the ease of the whole process was, wonderfully, a great gift. Honestly, I don’t know how another business and crew could be better than this one.

We have been well informed at every step, from measurement, to ordering, to picking installation day. The installers are very experienced, and everything went exactly as planned. Every window fitted, no damage on the exterior or interior of the house. There was a warning that we may have to touch up paint around the interior trim, but the guys were so careful that there was only one tiny spot to touch up. Windows are good quality, we quickly noticed the difference in sense of keeping warm air in and dampening direct sunlight. The inside glass is warmer to touch than on our old windows (we have some left), and that is only double pane, not triple pane, which should be even better. We tried working with two other companies, and did not proceed with one due to pricing and another due to incorrect window ordering. After thorough comparison we turned to Window Depot, and have no regrets.
